What a crazy week!
This week has been INSANE and an absolute roller coaster of emotions π
I went from being completely DEAD to having an overwhelming abundance of leads to catch up with. But, that is the business and why I love doing what I do!
Since, I have been MIA for a little I figured I would give y'all a week update of what has been going on with the pinapple realtor.
So last Sunday I decided to hike at Hawk Mountain. If you have never been before it is definitely a MUST SEE hiking spot!
Now I will say, this was extremely challenging.... but the views are beyond worth the exhaustion. This was an interesting hike... so I have been joining some hiking groups recently and for this particular hike I went with a few people from the one group I am in.
This hike was extremely challenging due to the inclines and boulder hopping so you definitely want to make sure you are prepared. It is about a 5 mile loop if you do the entire thing. There is also a $10 fee to enter the sanctuary. It is a must see as the views are INCREDIBLE.
The next hike I did this week was a local one. I took along Lana Shark for our hike at Green Hills Preserve located in Mohnton, PA. There are 112 acres of beautiful farm land, wet land and forest to explore! Alana and I had fun hiking a 2 mile loop that we found. She even walked a good part of it! But, completely crapped out on me at the end π
The next hike I went on was with my amazing photographer, Hilary. Might as well kill two birds with one stone and get some business planning done while hiking! We headed over to Monocacy Hill which is located in Birdsboro, PA. This is a pretty moderate hike that leads up to a beautiful over look of the farmer fields. It was a little foggy and damp out, but it was still a really beautiful hike.
The loop that we chose to do was about 2-3 miles. There were some incline in places, but overall it was a moderate hike. If you are in the area I would swing by and check it out!
Finally, I ended the week with a 4 mile hike at Antietam Lake. For whatever reason I took no pictures LOL. Most likely because I forgot my gloves, and my hands were FROZEN.
I did not have an exact place in mind I wanted to hike to so I just went all over the place. (Map is from AllTrails) I love mapping out my hikes so I can keep track of my mileage and route. The trails are nicely marked, but intersect one another so I would recommend having a map so you do not get lost. There are a ton of bike trails as well which looked like they would be really exhilarating to do!
There are two waterfalls that I found and the trail along the lake is very pretty.
All in all this week was extremely busy! I ended up putting two homes under contract, sending out calendars to my entire client base and sphere, generated a few buyer leads and did a lot of training on marketing! Absolutely LOVE what I do π
