Under contract in Pottstown!

 Another one under contract in Pottstown! Man was this one interesting...

So a little background on this buyer. Young couple, in need of sellers help just trying to find a home for their family. We have been searching for quite a while with no luck. Missing out on homes constantly because of the need for seller's help. A few days ago this couple decided to start looking for homes again. We found one in Pottstown that would be PERFECT for their family! Offer placed... and... not accepted. Again. 

UGH! The frustration. The disappointment. Once again, we had put in an offer that was not accepted because of the need for seller assist. 

So in feeling the disappointment of another unaccepted contract a second chance arose.... The original buyers got COLD FEET. Cold feet yes! We have another chance... That evening the buyers, lender and myself are working non stop to see how we can make this deal work. Crunching numbers, checking bank accounts... at the end of the night we determined that less sellers help would be needed. The offer was resubmitted...

The next morning, I was pleased to wake up to a SIGNED CONTRACT!!

Through persistence, an amazing lender who works non stop, and complete commitment by all parties. We were able to come up with a contract that was agreeable by the buyer and seller! 

After months and months of searching, being let down, and at the point of giving up. This couple FINALLY found a home to start making memories in. I am beyond happy that we could make this work.
